Prejudice to me is when someone is disrespectful to a person because of how they are or the color of there skin. I personally have never seen or had any sort of prejudice thrown toward me  or seen any unless it was on tv. I would just stick up for them and just tell them to not listen to what they are saying but other then that there is nothing else i could really do. And if i saw that someone was doing that to another i would tell a adult.

justice is when good prevails and evil fails. The most unjust thing that i have heard of is the man that locked his daughter under ground for 15 years is only going to jail for not as long as i would of thought.

My neighborhood is located in thurston in springfield i have only lived there for a while but it seems like a good one. There is a park some what close and i have some friends that live around me. My sister also lives really close by to. It to me is a very nice place to live.

“CHICKEN BONES”

Hawaii was amazing! My best friend Andrina and I went to Hawaii with her Oma and Opa. they were really excited to have us down there, so they could spend time with us. we were staying im a really nice condo on Maui that over looked the beach. her Oma was so full of life and her Oma always loved a good joke.

One night we decided to hide Andrinas Opas chocolates. We hid them inside the table, the table was a glass top on a basket looking thing. So, it was really easy to put them in there. Opa looked all over the condo for his chocolates so we finally told him where they were. when he was on his way to put the chocolates in his room Oma also told him to take the chicken bones from dinner to the garbage shoot.

When Opa got back from putting the chicken bones into the garbage shoot he wanted some chocolates. But what he found were the chicken bones. He came walking out of his room holding the chicken bones in his hands and Oma said,”it thought i told you to take those out to the garbage shoot.” with the saddest face i have ever seen Opa said,” my poor chocolates.” I almost died, i was laughing so hard. Opa has mistaken the chocolates for the chicken bones.

My general thought about texting is it is AMAZING!!! I would not even be able to tell you how many text i send a day. I talk to alot of people and its not alway the same people every day. No i really dont think in affects the way i write because when i text most the time i try to type everything out they way it is. In books i dont really think that they really talk about texting, and in school i dont think that texting should be band but it shouldn’t ever be required. I think that with texting its easier to talk to people and not have other people interupt your conversations. Now i dont really think that every one talks in slang, and i think that phone companys are making it easier to not have to make codes/slangs for words by making phones with a key boared.

A blog is like a entry about what you are writing or talking about. I have only heard of blogs when i started this class. Im pretty comfortable with computers even though i dont really use them that much. I usally am only on the cumputer to  type up papers and play games. my opinion on writing is its a way to be able to express yourself and its a good way to let people know your thoughts. I really like to write about like things that have happened in the past or that are just made up. I personaly think that people are concerned with kids safty on the internet because there are so many creeps out there and most kids dont know better then to talk to people. I think that it really depends on if the internet is dangerous on what site people are on and if they get in chatrooms. I dont really know what my peers generally do with computers. I think that blogs could really help us with expressing things we want to express or talk about. I feel good about the year ahead knowing that we are using blogs in class.

A new understanding that i got from Make Lemonade is that you should never take anything for granted. In this story Jolly was telling a story about how she used to live in a box. I think that this really opened my eyes because so many people take alot of things for granted.

Make lemonade by VIrgina Euwer Wolff, is a book about a girl trying to make money for colledge. LaVauhn is the girl that is trying to make money to go to colledge because she is the only one in her family to even have a chance to go. I don’t really injoy reading so i kinda just grabed it and now really injoy it. I think it caught my atention because it was a girl working for something she wants and helping someone at the same time.
